Everyone should be eating more healthy fats. They tend to come from natural sources and can provide tremendous health benefits, such as a lower risk of disease.
Although people are tempted to snack on processed foods such as crisps and biscuits, they have very less nutritional benefits.
By eating healthier snacks containing healthier ingredients, our bodies receive key nutrients and we also stay fuller for longer.

People with diabetes have a higher risk of health problems but eating healthy fats instead of unhealthy food can help lower this risk.
We’ve taken a look at how some healthy facts can be added in life to help you lower your risk and prevent diabetes. We’ll also guide you through some products used under natural therapy and how it’s useful to make way for the healthy life.

KEEP your body healthy through few steps:
1. Eat lot of greens and fruits.
2. Get your body move.
3. Drink plenty of water.
4. Providing healthy Food-treat 3 times a day:
-Royal class meal in morning
-Middle class meal in afternoon
-Low class meal in dinner
5. Sit less.
6. Eat one piece of fruit every day.
7. Treat yourself with natural therapy.
8. Avoid eating after 8 p.m.
9. Eat some bright color vegetables daily.
10. Avoid eating white breads, white pasta and white rice.
11. Eat breakfast every day.
12. Take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator.
13. Have food only in the kitchen or dining room, never watching laptop/TV.
14. Drink at least 3 liters of water a day.
15. Spend four hours a week outdoors, regardless of climate.
16. Get a comfort pillow.
17. Eat slow and chew long.
18. Get rid of stress and laugh more.
19. Engage in yoga and meditation.
20. Use more herbs.
